We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
TIMING
Respect Check-In & Check-Out times. Use the Check-out instructions to prepare for your departure.
BE RESPECTFUL
Of the property & the neighbors at all times. HOA rules applies to guess as well.
GUEST
No unregistered guests are allowed.
NOISE
Quiet hours begins at 10 p.m. Please respect the noise curfew.
SMOKING
No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or the premises.
SUBSTANCES
No illegal item allowed on the premises.
NO PARTIES
No parties or events allowed.
EATING
We provide eating area in the kitchen, the living room & the balcony, please don't eat or drink in the bedroom.
CLEANING
Please clean up after yourself. Please take the trash to the bins located through the building.
CARE
Please take care of the furnishing. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
LIGHTS
Turn off A/C and lights whenever you go out.
PETS
